Certain important points to keep in mind:

  • All candidates must appear for Physics and Chemistry exam papers. However, the preference for the third paper depends on the course preference selected by candidates in their application forms. Thus, BE (Bachelor of Engineering) course aspirants will take the Mathematics paper, whereas MBBS/BDS aspirants sit for the Biology test.
  • The exam is conducted in English medium only.
  • There is no negative marking for any incorrect answers.
  • However, if there is a tie in the test score, the principle of least negative responses (Number of wrong answers) is adopted.
